A Century of Transformation

1915

The Beginning

Established in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, as a specialized heavy cargo transport company — the seed of what would become a global industrial group.

1928

Petrochemical Logistics Division

Established a dedicated logistics division for petrochemical and refinery equipment transportation.

1934

First International Project

Successfully completed first overseas project: transporting refinery components to Southeast Asia.

1952

Strategic Expansion

Formed the Energy & Materials Division through strategic entry into petroleum and petrochemical logistics.

1968

Entry into Steel Manufacturing

Acquired first steel manufacturing plant in Osaka, marking official entry into the metals industry.

1973

Integrated Petroleum Processing

Purchased coastal oil refinery in Yokohama, establishing integrated petroleum processing capabilities.

1981

Chemical Production

Acquired specialty chemical plant in Chiba, expanding into advanced chemical production.

1988

Machinery Manufacturing

Vertical Integration: Established BOSHIYA Machinery Manufacturing facility in Nagoya.

1995

Technical Solutions Division

Founded Technical Solutions Division, offering engineering and maintenance services.

2002

Advanced Steel Complex

Commissioned integrated steel complex in Fukuoka with advanced electric arc furnace technology.

Global Energy Division
